Whole Earth & Sea Pure Food Herring Gold comes from sustainably harvested spring-spawning Norwegian herring roe. It is a natural source of omega-3 DHA and EPA in an easily absorbed phospholipid form. Herring Gold also contains choline important for brain and liver function and astaxanthin a powerful antioxidant.

Each 500 mg softgel contains:

ROMEGA® 30 (herring roe extract) (Clupea harengus) 500 mg

Total omega-3 fatty acids 145 mg

  DHA 65 mg

  EPA 50 mg

Total phospholipids 140 mg

  DHA phospholipids 39.5 mg

  EPA phospholipids 15 mg

Choline (natural) 20 mg

Astaxanthin (natural) 280 mcg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), fish oil (anchovy, sardine, and/or mackerel), natural mixed tocopherols.

RECOMMENDED USE

1-2 500 mg softgels daily, or 1-1000 mg softgel as directed by a health care practitioner.
