Zinc (Zinc Citrate)......30 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, L-Leucine, Microcrystalline Cellulose, and Silicon Dioxide.

RECOMMENDED DOSE

1 capsule daily or as recommended by a health-care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food.
