Borage acts as an adrenal tonic for nervous exhaustion, depression, and fatigue.

Herbalist Matthew Wood calls it "The Indispensable Nerve Rebuilder".

It is especially effective in treating nervous exhaustion in menopausal women and after childbirth. Borage is also used to stimulate milk secretion in nursing mothers.

Borage flowering tops (Borago officinalis) 200 mg QCE (1:5)

Adults: Used in Herbal Medicine as an adrenal tonic to help support the body during times of stress and anxiety.
