DESCRIPTION

Ashwagandha is used for arthritis, anxiety, and insomnia. It is also a general tonic and "adaptogen", increasing resistance to environmental stress.

INGREDIENTS

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): 

Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera)......250 mg QCE (1:4)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Certified Organic Alcohol,Our Ashwagandha roots are Certified Organically Grown.

SUGGESTED DOSE

Adults: Take 2.66 ml (80 drops) 3 times daily in a little water before meals.
