Body Mind Science (BMS) Resources was founded in 2000 by three students of naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). Its goal was to provide books, medical equipment and other resource materials to students of the college and other healthcare professionals at low prices. Since then BMS Resources has grown into the professional dispensary, medical equipment supplier and bookstore for CCNM, as well as the professional dispensary for the Marsden Centre for Naturopathic Excellence (MCNE). Today BMS Resources is still owned by Dr. Eric Marsden BSc ND co-founder and leader in the field of naturopathic oncology, along with his wife Dr. Von Chaleunsouk Marsden BSc ND, leader in the field of naturopathic environmental medicine. Our clientele range from students of CCNM to patients of the MCNE clinic, to Naturopathic Doctors, Nutritionists and other Health and Wellness professionals, as well as our communities and the public who have an interest in quality holistic health care.

We are currently seeking friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives for our NORTH YORK location. We are looking for team members for part time positions with flexible schedules. This position will grow to a full time position. We are seeking like-minded individuals who are willing to continue to learn in an amazing industry. We have a great team and we would love to have you join us.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Providing customers with an exceptional customer service experience and educating them on the benefits of natural health products
  • Organizing, stocking and merchandising product
  • Maintaining overall appearance of the store
  • Assists in completing customer request for special orders in a timely manner / preparing shipments when required
  • Opening and closing the store
  • Answering phones promptly and courteously
• Shipping & receiving
• Social media
• Maintaining cleanliness of store/COVID standards

Requirements:

• Experience as a sales associate with a focus on customer service
  • Working knowledge of natural health products
  • Organized with great time management skills
  • Passionate about health and wellness
• Point of sale computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• MUST BE A NUTRITIONIST, STUDENT OF CCNM OR EQUIVALENT

Hours: Part time positions available

Compensation: Wage commensurate with experience
