The 5-HTP supplied in this supplement is derived from the Griffonia simplicifolia plant.

Supplementation with 5-HTP encourages brain serotonin levels that can lead to positive effects on emotional well-being, appetite control, and wake/sleep cycles. 

INGREDIENTS

Each Vegetable Capsule contains:

5-hydroxytryptophan (Griffonia simplicifolia)..................100 mg

      (hypo-allergenic plant fiber added to complete capsule volume requirement)

Not to be taken by pregnant or lactating women. Do not use concurrently with SSRI medications or MAO inhibitors.

Dosage: 1-3 capsules per day, in divided doses, before meals.
