RECOMMENDED USE
2 scoops (40 g) 3 times per day, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
WARNINGS
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, gastrointestinal lesion/ ulcer, are taking an anticoagulant/blood thinner, anti-inflammatory, are having surgery, or have an iron deficiency.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney or liver disorder, kidney stones, or develop symptoms of liver trouble such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice.
May cause urine discoloration. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and hypersensitivity/allergy have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation or indigestion.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are following a low protein diet. Do not use this product if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin. Keep out of reach of children
Drug Interactions
N-acetyl cysteine may cause hypotension and headaches when taken with nitroglycerin. Some components may also have a hypoglycemic effect, and caution should be used for patients on antidiabetic therapy.
