DIRECTIONS

Adults take 1 capsule 3 times per day. Take with meals providing protein. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.

WARNINGS

Contra-indications: Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.
