DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Adults take 3 capsules 3 times per day. Not recommended for long term use.

WARNINGS

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if symptoms persist or worsen. For the use as a supportive agent for normal childbirth, this product should only be taken during the final 8-10 weeks of pregnancy. Consult a health care practitioner if you have a hormone sensitive condition, such as breast, uterine, or ovarian cancer, endometriosis, uterine fibroids. Contra-indications: Pregnant women with a history of precipitated labour, do not use. Do not use in pregnancy prior to 32 weeks gestation. Do not use if you have iron deficiency anaemia. Do not use if you have inflammation or ulceration of the gastrointestinal tract. Known adverse reactions: May stimulate uterine contractions.
