DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Adults take 2 capsules 2 times per day.

WARNINGS

If symptoms persist or worsen for more than 2 weeks during the use of this product, consult a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding, if you have stomach ulcers or inflammation, if you have liver or gall bladder diseases, and/or intestinal obstruction, or if you suffer from gastrointestinal disorders such as irritation, ulcers, gastric reflux, celiac disease, etc. If there is inflammation of the skin or subcutaneous induration, ulcers, sudden swelling of one or both legs, cardiac or renal insufficiency, consult a health care practitioner. Contra-indications: Do not use if you are pregnant. Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience headache, dizziness, gastric irritation, or itchiness. Nausea, gastrointestinal complaints, diarrhea, and lymphocytic colitis have been known to occur; if any of these conditions occur, discontinue use.
