Fish oil (anchovy, sardine and mackeral body oil) (40%EPA 20%DHA) ........1,000mg

EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) .....................................................................400mg

DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) ....................................................................200mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin, glycerin, canola oil, natural rosemary flavour, natural mixed tocopherols (soy and sunflower), sunflower oil, citric acid.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Dose:

Adult and adolescent (14-18) and children (6-13) dosage: Take two (2) softgels daily with food.
