Each tablet contains:

Calcium Magnesium Caprylate Complex ............................400mg (equivalent to 300 mg caprylic acid)

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

One to three tablets three times daily on an empty stomach at least one half hour before meals, or as directed by a physician.
