Molkosan® Original is made with fresh milk from the Swiss Alps. Fats and proteins are removed by centrifugation and ultrafiltration. The resulting lactose free whey is then lacto-fermented with a specific and exclusive strain of lactobacillus and pasteurized. Molkosan® Original's content of lactic acid (L +) has been recognized for decades for its many traditional uses as a health food.
INGREDIENTS
Concentrated deproteinized lactofermented whey (Swiss milk), bacterial culture, potassium citrate, natural flavour. Contains 0.7 g of L+ lactic acid per 10 mL portion. Pasteurized. Contains milk.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening. Once opened, can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
HOW TO USE
Adults only:
Molkosan® Original Drink: Add up to 2 teaspoons (10 mL) of Molkosan® Original in a glass of spring or mineral water for a refreshing drink up to 3 times daily.
Molkosan® Original Smoothy: In a blender, mix 2 teaspoons (10 mL) of Molkosan® Original, ½ can of frozen unsweetened pineapple juice, ½ cup (125 mL) of frozen unsweetened fruits and 1 cup (250 mL) of water. Blend until smooth. You can adjust the consistency of this drink by varying the quantity of water you add.
Molkosan® Original Herbal Tea: Prepare a herbal fruit tea of your choice with honey and 2 teaspoons (10 mL) of Molkosan® Original. Drink warm or iced. This very refreshing drink is perfect after exercising.
