Suggested Use: (Adult): Take 1 or 2 level scoops twice daily 2 hours before or after taking other medications or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. For each scoop mix with 200 ml of liquid (water milk fruit juice or similar aqueous beverage). Stir briskly and drink immediately. Maintain adequate fluid intake.
